Lynn – Finance Manager/Certified Orthodontic Assistant/Purchasing Coordinator/Lab Technician
Lynn is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant with additional certification in coronal polishing. She works in different areas at O’Brien Orthodontics, from assisting to purchasing. Lynn currently handles the accounting aspects of our office, along with filing your insurance claims and answering any billing questions you may have. Seeing the benefits patients receive from orthodontic treatment has kept her in the field since 1983. Lynn is lucky to have John in her life along with her two adult sons, Kyle and Austin. John and Lynn enjoy spending time with their ever-changing families.
Jenni – Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist/Public Relations Coordinator
Jenni joined our team as our receptionist in 2011. She is the one greeting you with a smile in our office and answering your calls with pleasure! She is also our treatment coordinator and will be the first smiling face you will meet as a new patient. Jenni is the mother of four children who are involved in many extracurricular activities that keep her very busy. In the fall, you will find her at the football field, in the winter in the basketball gym, and in the spring and summer traveling to numerous softball fields. She also enjoys walking and lazy days with her family.
Chassidy – Clinical Supervisor/Orthodontic Assistant
Chassidy has been a part of our office since February 2017 as our Clinical Supervisor and Orthodontic Assistant. She has over 28 years' experience in the orthodontic field. Chassidy has been married to her husband Scott for 17 years. The two of them have one son, Logan. In her free time she likes to attend her son's sporting events, craft and spend time with her friends and family.
