We at O’Brien Orthodontics are always excited about meeting new patients. The first office visit provides a chance for you to have an examination by Dr. O’Brien, to meet our professional staff, and a panoramic X-ray will be taken to evaluate tooth positions. This visit is complimentary and provides an opportunity to ask questions regarding orthodontic care. If it is the proper time to begin treatment, our treatment coordinator will discuss the type of braces recommended, the treatment expenses and the treatment time estimates.
Please bring with you the completed medical history form that will be mailed to you prior to your appointment. You may also print the form by clicking on the appropriate link below. If you have orthodontic insurance, please bring your insurance card to the appointment. By providing this information at the first visit, we will be able to inform you about your insurance benefits.
